AUCTION RULES

One sealed (private) bid must be submitted by Wednesday, June 24, 2026 at 12:00 PM Central Time.

Only bidders who submit a sealed bid by the deadline may participate in the final auction.

The highest sealed bid will be announced on Thursday morning.

Open bidding begins immediately after the highest sealed bid is announced.

The first open bid must be at least $200 higher than the highest sealed bid.

Each subsequent bid must be at least $200 higher than the current highest bid.

The auction is scheduled to end on Thursday, June 25, 2026 at 1:00 PM Central Time.

If a new highest bid is received within the final 5 minutes before the scheduled closing time, the closing time will reset to 5 minutes after that bid is received. This process will continue until 5 consecutive minutes pass without a new highest bid.

The highest bid at the conclusion of the auction will be the winning bid.

The seller has a confidential reserve price and is not required to sell the item if the reserve price is not met.

If the confidential reserve price is met during the auction, all qualified bidders will be notified that the reserve has been met and that the item will be sold to the highest bidder at the conclusion of the auction.

Payment must be received within 24 hours of the auction's conclusion unless a payment schedule has been approved by the seller prior to the close of the auction.

If payment is not received within 24 hours, or under an approved payment schedule, the seller reserves the right to offer the item to the next highest bidder.
NOTES AND CLARIFICATIONS
• A sealed (private) bid is required to participate in the final auction. Its purpose is to confirm participation, identify qualified bidders, and establish the starting point for the final auction. A sealed bid may represent either a bidder's maximum offer or simply an opening bid.
• Open bids will be announced to all qualified bidders as soon as reasonably possible after they are received.
• Once the reserve price has been met, all qualified bidders will be notified. From that point forward, the set is guaranteed to sell to the highest bidder at the conclusion of the auction.
• Because the auction clock resets during the final five minutes, there is little advantage to waiting until the last moment to bid. Bidders are encouraged to bid whenever they are ready.
